Creating things helps me integrate: integrate my thoughts, my body, my thoughts with my body, what's happened with what's happening in my life at the moment... This site has been designed to share my ongoing personal exploration as a writer and musician. My primary work and passion is as a body psychotherapist in the practice I founded in 2013, Wellness Beyond Words. (I have an entire website dedicated to that work, and I hope you'll check it out here.) Though I deeply love focusing on others' needs and goals as a therapist, this creative work is another part of what helps me get more in touch with myself - and connect to community in unique ways, as well.

Originally released in 2002 as a 10-track collection (performing under the name Jeremy Blue), this 5-track "special edition" consists of four of the original tracks and a bonus demo from 2005, "May You Know." What's next?
Good question.
When I lived in New York, I played out quite a bit. I earned a (modest) living playing bars and coffee shops, and selling CDs here and there. I then had fun teaching music as well. But I gradually realized that there was other work I felt more drawn to.
I still make music, but my creative focus lately has been working on Prodigal Selves and also taking care of a historically designated log cabin that I recently bought for my office and retreat/training center, Evans Creek Lodge.
